Personal data
Personal data are only stored when a user registers to use the
Leichtbauatlas.
The inclusion of organisations in the Leichtbauatlas requires prior registration, which necessitates additional
storage of personal data. This includes, for example, the long-term
storage of an email address, given name and surname, and the name of
an organisation affiliated to you. A hash function of your password is
also stored. This means that the password is not stored as plain text.
The storage of data necessary for further use takes place only if you
have passed these on to us and have agreed in the privacy statement to
their use by us.
Use of your personal data is made only for the purposes cited
and to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes. Your personal
data are not forwarded to third parties. The forwarding of personal
data to state institutions and agencies takes place solely within the
framework of legal provisions requiring this or if the forwarding is
necessary to enforce the law or prosecute crimes in the event of
attacks on our web infrastructure. Personal data shall not be
forwarded for other purposes.
When you use the Leichtbauatlas, cookies will be
used for the duration of your session as is necessary for the
technical operation of the session. Cookies are small text files which
are placed on your computer and stored by your browser. If you are a
registered user, this means your personal settings can be stored for
future use. Where organisations are registered in the Leichtbauatlas,
the use of cookies is necessary for authentication
purposes. The relationship between the cookies and the user is
maintained only for the duration of the session.
